Purchase & Subscription Data – product identifiers, transaction receipts, and subscription status provided by Apple.
Usage Data – anonymised app-usage statistics, performance metrics, and crash reports.
Device Data – device model, operating-system version, locale, and timezone.

2. How We Use Information

Provide, maintain, and secure the App and its subscription features.
Improve functionality, train models, and enhance user experience.
Send important updates or marketing messages (only with your consent; you can opt out at any time).

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use local storage, cookies, or similar technologies to remember preferences and analyse usage. You may disable cookies in your device or browser settings, but certain features could stop working.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party providers such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and OpenAI’s API. These services may collect data as described in their own privacy policies.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by e-mailing us at privacy@bouiz.com. You may also manage or cancel your subscription in App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App or via e-mail. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
